Includes: beautiful high grain walnut half stock w/ Schuetzen style butt & cheek comb; crisp checkering at the wrist; heavy octagon barrel w/ German silver blade front sight & adjustable rear target sight; appears to have had a tang sight at one point; scroll trigger guard; ramrod w/ horn tip; set trigger
Marked: top of barrel reads "R. NEUMANN. SAN. ANTONIO"
Note from owner: A magnificent percussion half stock plains/target rifle, maker, San Antonio. The .50 caliber target-style rifle was made by one of the founders of the old San Antonio Rifle Club. Raimund Neumann was the first president and a member for half a century. The gun shows remarkable craftsmanship.
