Includes: walnut half-stock w/ checkered wrist; German silver mountings & fittings w/ light scrollwork; small stock compartment on the underside of the stock; ramrod; lock mechanism has been modified from flintlock to percussion
Marked: lockplate is hard to read but appears to be "W. LICOT"
Note from owner: Half stock smooth bore fowling piece w/ percussion mechanism. Some German silver stock inlays. Very popular with early pioneers.
