Marked: left side of stock is stamped w/ a mock "W.F. & CO. / EXP. / 216" next to a handwritten autograph from Dale Robertson in marker; underside of barrels & water table marked w/ Birmingham proofs; "13" on bottom of each barrel for possible choke constriction; underside of receiver has an "S" stamp indicating its use on the set of Stembridge Studio productions.
Note: Considering the Stembridge Studio mark, the Wells Fargo stamp, and the Dale Robertson signature, it is likely this is a set piece from the television series "Tales of Wells Fargo" (1957-1962).
