My name is Allison Gregory, and I am a San Antonio artist. I created four cows for CowParade Austin 2011, and I am proud to be the lead artist of CowParade San Antonio 2025. I have participated in over 100 art exhibitions to date, interviewed on television, and had my work reviewed in various publications.
While creating Good MOOd, I was thinking of the joy these cows will bring to CHRISTUS Children’s patients. The intention for my cow was to evoke pure happiness for viewers. The daytime side features butterflies, flowers and a rising sun. The nighttime side features darker colors, planets, hearts and peace signs. From rhinestones to iridescent mosaic tile, to moonstones and holographic vinyl, each inch of the sculpture is intricately adorned.
