CowParade San Antonio 2025 Live Auction

Thank you for supporting CHRISTUS Children’s Foundation through the CowParade San Antonio Auction. By bidding in this auction, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Beneficiary

All proceeds from this auction benefit CHRISTUS Children’s Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Buyer Premium

There will be no buyer’s premium added to purchases in this auction.

Purchases & Payment

• All purchases must be paid for within seven (7) days of the auction.
• Invoices will be emailed to each buyer, reflecting the hammer price of each purchase along with any applicable tax.
• Accepted forms of payment include:
  • Cash
  • Credit cards (may require prior approval for purchases over $5,000)
  • Personal checks / Business checks (items released after funds clear)

Taxes & Exemptions

• Texas residents will be charged San Antonio sales tax unless a valid Texas resale certificate is provided.
• Out-of-state residents are generally not charged Texas sales tax.
• If a cow is purchased and then donated back to a qualified non-profit organization, the charitable tax deduction is the gavel (sale) price of the artwork.

Collection & Shipping

• Buyers must arrange for collection or shipping of their purchased cow within seven (7) days of the auction.
• Shipping Rates are listed below and to be paid by the buyer:
  • San Antonio Local within 1604 - $475.00
  • Boerne, Helotes, New Braunfels, Tx or within 45 mins out of San Antonio - $525.00
  • Seguin, Pleasanton ,Floresville , Lytle, Castroville Tx - $555.00
  • San Marcos, Kerrville Tx - $690.00
  • Austin Tx- $825.00
  • Houston Tx-$1,500.00
  • Dallas Tx-$1,700.00
• There is a $50 extra for each flight of stairs
• Elevator fee of $100.00
• Other cities within Texas we will have to price according to the city and distance.
• Purchased items will not be released until payment has cleared in full.

Non-Payment

By Texas law, a winning bidder enters into a binding purchase contract. In the event of non-payment, CHRISTUS Children’s Foundation and Vogt Auction reserve the right to pursue appropriate remedies, including but not limited to cancellation of the sale, resale of the item, and/or barring participation in future events.

Condition of Property

All property is sold “as is.” No warranties or guarantees are made regarding condition, title, or suitability. Condition reports are available upon request. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.

All Sales Final

All auction sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted.
