Includes: brass patch box on left side; 2 x ramrods; cheek rest on right side

Note from owner:  Over/under Percussion rifle/shotgun, percussion by an unknown (probably New York mid-19th century maker. Such combination guns were quite popular on the frontier because of their ability to kill multiple forms of game.
