Condition: Fair-Good (Antique); wood grips have moderate wear & patina commensurate w/ age; barrel, frame & cylinder all have dark plum/brown patina w/ some hints of blue showing through; wear around edges; some light pitting on cylinder; bore is fogged throughout w/ wear & pitting; worn rifling; hand is only activating cylinder rotation when revolver pointed down

Marked: left grip panel marked w/ "BH" cartouche (Benjamin Hannis); top of barrel marked w/ address "PATENTED SEPT, 14. 1858 / E. REMINTON & SONS. ILION NEW YORK. U.S.A. / NEW-MODEL"; "L" & "H" inspection marks throughout parts
