Prints are accompanied by exhibition book from "Exhibition of Japanese Painting and Sculpture", an exhibit sponsored by the government of Japan that toured the United States from 1953-1954, shown at the National Gallery of Art, Washington; The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; The Art Institute of Chicago; and the Seattle Art Museum.
