-(2) Rare Japanese Chigiriki staff (flail mace) w/ retractable chain & weight and spike tip; sanded wood staff w/ iron pike on bottom and iron band around top end w/ screw in top weight w/ chain attached; likely early Meiji period; staff has moderate wear & patina; all the iron work is rusted; 54 in. length OAL; chain & weight are 40 in. in length
